I am an instantink subscriber. The status of both of my ink cartridges shows they are almost full, however when I try to print, the black ink barely prints. The words are so streaked you can't even read them. I am not receiving an error code. I tried realigning the cartridges but it wouldn't even print an alignment page. I tried running a cartridge clean and that didn't help either. I have tried contacting a representative multiple times through the chat and I have not been connected with anyone.

I see that you're experiencing print quality issues on the printer, I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing to resolve the issue.
