Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hey! I bought a deskjet 3721 today and I'm trying to subscribe to instant ink and I'm getting as far as inputting my card details but it just won't accept it? Keeps going back to app screen and doing nothing and when I tried via Chrome it says unable to due to printer being connected to account already
