Invoices not downloading from HP Smart app. Message "Security session expired" keeps popping up all over again. Same message when requesting a connection with online chat. Logging out and logging back in does not help either.

I was able to download an invoice via their website and not the app. I also disconnected my VPN. Doing both allowed me to download/print an invoice.

What invoices you are trying to download and from which device>

Could you elaborate more on the issue?

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I am getting the same message. I contacted support back in August and they emailed me my invoices. I tried again today and got the same message!  My model is ENVY 6400 All-in-One Printer series.
