I decided to sign up for the instant ink program, HP advertises a free trial, but not only am I charged, I am not stuck in connecting my printer. There is no claim code, the printer won't print anything anymore, I can't get in touch with anyone for a refund, and now it is claiming customer service is entirely down so I can't even read the walk through someone posted. 

 

I have a DeskJet 3630.

Unfortunately, for the moment, waiting is the best option we can offer.

 

True - This weekend in particular, some parts HP Community website are misbehaving.

Patience is required since we (not-HP people) do not have a way to fix the source of the issues.

 

True - Instant Ink Support offices might be -- are likely -- closed on the weekend.

 

Try again on Monday during regular business hours.

 

Whatever the question(s), the Instant Ink support team can help you sort what needs to be done.
