Product: LaserJet pro MFP M177fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer worked fine since a few months ago with HP Smart. Now when I try to scan it seems that the scanner is not recognized anymore. This happen on several devices. Using normal third party apps the scanner works flawlessly. Apparently LaserJet pro MFP M177fw isn't support anymore by HP web services, but i don't get why the scanner feature on HP smart has to rely on those services. Wouldn't it be possible to have a normal scanner function from that app?

Furthermore, web services can't be disabled anymore even from the printer...
