Good morning. I set up my new HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series yesterday and waited to activate the free 6 month ink until today. After setting up the Instantink account the account states only 2 months free ink. I received a promotional email from HP today asking me to if I wanted to activate the 6 month free trial and each attempt to follow the link in that email is blocked by your Cloudflair service. How do I get the two months to reflect the offered 6 months?

I was able to correct this with phone support relatively quickly. Thanks.

All links still blocked from the marketing message, so I guess that marketing/product management still needs to get with security on forming the URL's that work. I have tried several browsers and network paths. I understand that in some other post along this line that people were told that the free time period would be updated, but today I received a notice on the system that my 2 months starts now rather than the 6 months advertised. There doesn't seem to be a simple way to get through to HP on this issue?
