Hello,

I am subscribed to HP Instant Ink, but my ink is running low and I have not received a replacement cartridge yet.

My printer is an HP ENVY Photo 7800 series.

Product number: K7S00A

Serial number: Edited

The printer is connected to the internet and the subscription is active, but no shipment has arrived.

 

I would like to know why the ink has not been sent and what I should do to receive it, as I am about to run out of ink.

Thank you for sharing all the details. I’ve checked this for you. Your replacement ink has already been shipped on the 14th via standard delivery, and it is currently in transit with FedEx.

 

What to expect

  • Delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days
  • You should receive it very soon, based on that timeline

 

In the meantime

  • If you’re running very low, try to limit printing to essential documents until the cartridges arrive
  • Your current cartridges should continue to work until they are fully depleted

 

If you don’t receive the shipment after the expected timeframe, let me know, and I’ll help you check the tracking or arrange the next steps.
