HP DeskJet 2722 All-in-One Printer

Hi,

I purchased my Deskjet 2700 printer from someone, and they had an Instant Ink cartridges which I installed. Now trying to sign up for Instant Ink, it keeps giving me an error "Your HP+ printer can’t be claimed here. This is a new printer that needs to be set up using the HP Smart software or app."

I have already set it up on HP Smart, it's there. When I go to my account - printers, it says "There are no printers added to your account yet." I have already completed a factory reset several times and readded the printer, but it keeps saying that. The printer is on the front of the app, and I can control it.

So my issue is not only will the claim code not work, keeps telling me to set it up on HP Smart, but I also have already done that but it will not work. I'm so confused, and really need help! Thank you in advance.
