I've tried all the virtual assistant information from this forum on how to fix my 935 cyan ink cartridge, but I'm still getting the same cartridge defective error message. I purchased a 935 2 pack from Amazon brand new and the retailer that they use is telling us we need to go to HP for a replacement. This has been the most painful experience I've ever encountered. I just want a new 935 cyan ink cartridge, so I can print stuff. Please advise on next steps to get this done. Thanks!

I request you talk to HP Phone Support and they will help you to sort it out.
1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial number of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Sorry, the directions you provided doesn't match where the link takes me. It's taking me through the same customer support tree to no one again. Can you please provide updated instructions? Why can't you just provide me with the phone number? I'm in the US.
