So I was trying to re-enroll my printer for the all-in-one instant ink so that I could use the ink that I had already had and it put me into enrolling for or signing up for subscribing to the all-in-one plan which provides me a new printer which I do not need I need to know how to cancel this because I'm also re-enrolled for the instant ink subscription I do not need the other

Hi @Dana373,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've accidentally enrolled in HP's All-in-One Printer Plan, which includes a new printer, while trying to re-enroll in the Instant Ink subscription for your existing printer. To cancel the All-in-One Printer Plan and avoid receiving a new printer, follow these steps.
Cancel HP All-in-One Printer Plan Subscription:
- Sign in to your HP account at HP Instant Ink website.
- Go to the Account Settings or Subscription tab where you should see your All-in-One Printer Plan details.
- Look for an option to Cancel Subscription or Manage Plan and select Cancel.
- Follow any prompts to confirm your cancellation. This should stop the shipment of any new printers.
Confirm Your Instant Ink Subscription:
- Once you've canceled the All-in-One plan, ensure that you're still enrolled in the Instant Ink subscription for your current printer.
- You can check the Instant Ink Dashboard to confirm that your printer is correctly registered and that the subscription status is active.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
