Hello,

    Ive been paying for the instant ink "subscription" service for well over a year (might be 2 at this point) and Ive never, not once, received ink or paper. I am literally paying a monthly fee to print on paper that Ive purchased, with ink Ive purchased, and a printer that Ive purchased. What exactly am I paying for?
