I just purchased a refurbished printer from Amazon and trying to connect it to instant ink but it comes up saying that this printer is connected to another account and won’t let me proceed the set up for my ink. I called hp and amazon tech and they were of no help. Please can any

Thank you for your reply but I solved the issue by sending back the refurbished printer and buying a brand new one. I couldn’t find anyone who could help. But all is good now. I have a brand new printer on the way with 6 months of free instant ink as well.
