Hi, I just received my printer and my instant ink cartridges with the printer and signed up for instant ink when I set up the printer. My printer says that I get 2 months free of instant ink and I signed up for the 2.99/a month occasional printing version. However, when I log into the app, it shows 0 of 0 pages printed but I have printed a couple of pages already. When I go under my account, it also doesn't show that I received the 2 free months.....it only shows my $2.99 plan.

 

Also, on the instant ink screen, it shows this under Monthly Summary "Your page count starts when you insert your first HP Instant Ink cartridge." Does this mean I can use this ink cartridge that came with the printer until it runs out? Will I be charged if I go over 50 pages for my $2.99 plan? It doesn't even show how many pages I've printed..... Thanks so much!
