Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ich besitze einen HP Envy 5030 All in One Drucker und beziehe meine Tintenpatronen über HP Instant Ink. Mein Problem ist, dass ich keine Verbindung über meinen WLAN-Router (A1 Pirelli) zu HP Instant Ink herstellen kann. Wenn ich den Drucker über mein Handy verbinde (Hotspot) ist die  Herstellung einer Verbindung jedoch möglich.

Was muss ich auf dem Router einstellen um mit meinem Drucker eine Verbindung zu HP Instant Ink herstellen zu können ? Blockiert die Firewall des Routers den Verbindungsaufbau ?
