Kindly cancel my subscription which was terminated in your dashboard two years ago.Your cancellation of my subscription was not executed and you have been charging $8/mth last two years as I have not used your service as no ink was supplied to me-service followup is so unreliable.Below are details:
1)Serial number: Removed HP DESKJET INK 2875
2)Serial number: Removed HP DESKJET ADVANATEG 2777

Thank you for sharing the details, however, with the information shared i was not able to find any account related to HP Instant ink with both the printer details and on email account, and could not find any charges, Please let me know what account are you talking about, are you using any other plan link All-in- Plan.

Please check and let me know so I can try to find more help.
