I subscribe to HP Instant Ink and installed a new cartridge last month; everything worked fine.
Earlier this week I changed internet providers and setup the printer on my new network; however, now I am receiving an "Incompatible Cartridges" error on HP Smart. Strangely, I can still print and use the Print Anywhere function.
I've already tried removing the cartridge, turning off/unplugging the printer, and reinstalling the cartridge, but the error won't go away.
As I mentioned, everything still works but I'd like to see if I can get rid of the error message. BTW, the message appears on the HP Smart phone app AND internet HP Smart site.
