Dear Sir/Madam,
I can't print anymore because my printer Laser Jet MFP M140we shows the message "a problem has occurred and you will be unable to print, until the issue is resolved. Check your HP account for more information". On the app there is no clue about the problem, it says "verify the account" and on another page "printer not connected on internet", but my computer shows that printer is connected proprely. Then I log into my account from browser, there is written "printer is not connected to the internet. Needs attention", but it is actually connected. Also the app is not able to update the toner status and number of printed pages. The last update was in the end of March (30/03).
Additionally, I have tried to get Internet connection from alternative provider, but got the same negative result.
Thank you for your help.
P.S. FYI, I have been enrolled in the instant ink program...

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing issues with your HP Laser Jet MFP M140we printer using instant ink cartridges.
Please follow the steps listed below to remove and set up web services:
1. Open the embedded web server (EWS):
a. Find out the IP address or hostname of the printer by pressing the Information button (i) to print an Information page.
NOTE: The printer must be on a network and must have an IP address.
b. In a supported web browser on your computer, type the IP address or hostname assigned to the printer. For example, if the IP address is 123.123.123.123, type the following address into the web browser: http://123.123.123.123.
2. Click the Web Services tab, and then click Remove Web Services in the Web Services Settings section.
3. Click Remove Web Services.
4. Click Yes to remove Web Services from your printer.

5. Click the Web Services tab again.
6. In the Web Services Settings section, click Setup, click Continue and follow the onscreen instructions to accept the terms of use.
7. If prompted, choose to allow the printer to check for and install printer updates.
8. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page. Follow the instructions on the information page to finish the setup.

Hello @Raimbow32,
Thanks a lot for your instructions.
Unfortunately, I am not able to Click Remove HP Web Services at step 2, because there is no such button.
There is a notice that HP Web Services are disable and available the Enable button.
When I click Enable, the EWS is trying to run HP Web Services all the time with notice "this process may take several minutes". And again mentioned process is running tens minutes without any success!
Could you suggest something else?
