HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

I am buying my own ink because I print more than allowed in enrollment. Now my printer won't let me print WITH THE INK I PURCHASED because I am not enrolled. The error says I must enroll to use this cartridge even though its a cartridge I purchased. I have been purchasing my own for months now and the same cartridges have been working until I cancelled my enrollment because I know longer wanted to be charged for using more than 20 pages a month.

My printer is perfectly fine, tell me how to bypass this so I can use the printer I paid for.

Hi @Jax8541,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are unable to print after cancelling your instant ink account.

You need to use all the cartridges purchased from the store to print. If there is any one instant ink cartridge installed then it will not print.

Please check the instant ink terms and conditions from this link: https://instantink.hpconnected.com/uk/en/terms

I hope this answers your question and have a nice day ahead.
