In the absence of a functional link to request an envelop to return used and unused Instant Ink cartridges, what address should I mail them to?  I don't mind incurring the expense t return them as Ido not want to just throw them in a landfill.

Welcome to the HP Community --

 

I was reminded recently that the procedure is current and should work --

If you have a current Instant Ink subscription, sign into your Instant Ink account and go to "order supplies" .

 

You should not have to incur the expense --

The service to return expended / full Instant Ink cartridges to HP is free (no charge).

 

Recycle HP Instant Ink Cartridges / Subscription Cartridges

 HP Instant Ink Shipment Questions

 Section → Recycle HP Instant Ink or Toner cartridges

 

What else?

I canceled my subscription and in doing so was told I need to return the used and unused instant ink cartridges.  None of the links to request a return envelop work - i get a 404 error. So that procedure does not work. How else can I return the cartridges? Can I send them back to 3900 Technology Court, Stanton VA?

I cannot confirm whether you should send ink or any materials to that address.

I don't work for HP nor can I access any private information.

 

My suggestions --

 

1)  Contact Instant Ink Support - Scroll down on the page for phone and days / hours of operation.

2)  Wait here for a Community Agent to find your request and answer your questions.
