Hi. I have decided that I no longer need an Instant Ink subscription, so I went to the hpinstantink.com website and logged into HP Smart, then followed the usual guidance to find the "Cancel Instant Ink" link.
I clicked it, and was prompted to log in again, which I did. The site logged in, went to the cancel link automatically, and then just went back to the log in screen. This cycle was then repeated over and over, asking me to log in again and again. Basically, it is impossible to cancel my instant ink subscription. I can't even pause it either, because trying that also causes log in loops [using the desktop HP Smart app eventually loaded a 404 Not found error, which is pretty amusing].
Therefore, I'm posting here asking if there is any way to cancel my instant ink subscription, when the website is literally broken and does not work [and I've tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox, all producing identical login loops]. Thank you.
PS: Just trying to post this sent me into unnecessary log in loops. How fun.

Complaining here seems to have reached someone's eyes at HP as the website is no longer broken and allowed me to pause my subscription [or cancel if I so choose]. Would be appreciated if you could, in future, communicate issues with your service so we don't have to wonder why these issues are occurring.
