I've tried connecting to an agent multiple times from multiple devices, and per the Google Gemini search result everything seems to be within the parameters of their availability. This is urgent otherwise I wouldn't be requesting the chat, but every time it gets to the stage of transferring to an agent it says it can't due to technical issues and sends me to this method or offers to re-loop me through the virtual assistant that's not capable of providing the assistance needed. PLEASE HELP!

Hi @JustLetMeUseIt,

I guess there should be a failure in Chat systems for Live Agent support.

 

You many need to look for contact HP Support in the next link options:

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
