I ran out of ink the day i set up the printer .. i printed about 17 pages .   Still waiting for replacement ink 2 weeks later .  I have a free trial for two months but signed up for 300 pages a month as i have alot of files i need to print off right now.  At this rate its going to take me all year to print off what i need .  Anyone else having this problem ? Should i just go buy a different printer tha prints more with the ink provided .  Very difsgusted with the service at this point . Wouldnt recommend biying this product to anyone

What printer model? The Instant Ink cartridges typically hold much more ink than the setup cartridges shipped with the printer, once you get the Instant Ink cartridges you should not have such issues.

 

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.  You can also check the shipment status there.

Same problem here! HP hasn't contacted me yet. I need my ink and haven't gotten it. I ordered the mailer to put in the cartridges to recycle got it already but not my ink! So disappointed!
