@IndMomw4, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I see that you are looking for the printer driver disk. The disk is not available now.
Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
However, the issue is with connectivity
- Restart the router, the printer, and the PC
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
The printer has to be connected to the internet for the Instant Ink service to work.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.

@IndMomw4
In this case, kindly replace the defective ink cartridge to resume printing in black.
You may purchase replacement cartridges and other supplies from the HP Store or local retailers.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
