Hi, I'm looking for a proper option to send my feedback to HP Instant Ink service.
In short: I'm not satisfied about the presentation and reliability of HP Instant Ink service notifications. I'm not satisfied about presentation and availability of customer contact options.
Notifications about HP Instant Ink accounting confusing
Communication with (at least) HP Instant Ink service is insufficient. I like the service but I don't understand the communication around. The notifications emails are a mess of text, mixing entertaining speech with promo info hiding the important data, which a usual cash receipt would fit for. Emails are changing in design and content challenging me to identify what an individual email is intended for: could you please select key words considerably and use them for each email? Regular emails are sent at different days in month. Are these email hand written by students that have night jobs and sometimes not enough time to sent them regularly; or is HP a digital company with automated processes that act like a machine with repeatable quality? Concrete example? Of cause: accounting email for period ended at 26.01.25 (Jan!) received at 23.02.25 (Feb), for period at 26.02.25 not received at all, for period ended at 26.03.25 received at 29.03.25 (that's my expectation, every month).
Reaching the proper and available support options is a thumb marathon — less efficient
I talked about it with Virtual Assistant and concluded, not helpful, since it gathers feedback about itself. Followed the menu to go to contact HP, promising Chat, Telephone and Email, but there is no Email. Hard for me to understand to have opening times in internet: welcome year 1980. This time letters could be sent whenever I was able to, and could be answered, when ever the receiver was able to. Now in 2025: WhatsApp? nobody there. Chat? Nobody there. Assistent, insufficient knowledge there. What's the gain here? Do I need to inquiry a link in a forum to request a form in a system to get in touch with an operator who is able, capable and willing to forward my interest to a really responsible employee that has permission to assign proper priority on my request that it is maybe be at least considered this year?
