Hi @Anaya4,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding regaining access to your HP ENVY 6055e printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Reset the Printer Network Settings:

  • Power on your printer if it's not already on.
  • Tap on and hold the Wireless button on the printer for approximately 5 seconds, until the wireless light blinks. This resets the printer’s network settings.

Reconnect the Printer to Your Wi-Fi Network:

  • Use HP Smart App on your new phone or computer. Download it from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to add a printer.
  • Select “Set up a new printer” and follow the instructions to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Create a New HP Account (If Needed):

  • If you haven't already, create a new HP account on HP's website.
  • Use this newly created account to sign in to the HP Smart app.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Make sure your printer firmware is up to date. You can use the HP Smart app to check for updates in the printer settings.

Factory Reset the Printer (If Necessary):

  • If problems persist, you may need to do a factory reset. This will reset all the settings to default and allow a fresh setup. For detailed instructions, refer to your printer’s manual or the HP support website.

I hope this helps.
