MY PRINTER SAYS CATRIDGE CANNOT BE USED UNTIL PRINTER IS ENROLLED IN hp INSTANT INK

The Instant Ink program is a BIG RIPOFF. I have owned HP printers FOREVER. Two years ago I bought an Envy Photo printer and signed up for Instant Ink. I have paid in $76.80 to the program and received exactly ONE SET of ink cartridges, when the original partial cartridges shipped with the printer ran out. ONE SET OF INK cartridges IN TWO YEARS!

For the past year, I have tried to ask for more ink because the print quality was getting worse and worse. Nothing. They finally sent a black cartridge last month because I said, honestly, that print quality was deteriorating, that was  just before I cancelled my subscription IN FRUSTRATION and now MY PRINTER IS BRICKED. I was so disappointed that I BOUGHT AN EPSON printer today and I will NEVER BUY AN HP AGAIN. They said it counts pages but since I mostly print in black they won't send any cartridges until I use up the color set. RIDICULOUS.

I just bought a brand new EPSON for $79.95. AND their cartridges are CHEAPER THAN HP.

I was a loyal customer. I'm done with cheaters and companies who don't have any way to contact A REAL PERSON, or even to SEND AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE just a stupid 'Virtual Agent" that is dumber than a ROCK and gives the same answer no matter what you ask for.

Signed,

DONE WITH HP
