Manque d'encre

Le 26 août dernier, j'ai avisé Instant Ink que j'avais changé mon imprimante pour une HP OfficeJet 8022 pour transférer mon compte Instant Ink. On m'a notifié le 28 août que de nouvelles cartouches étaient expédiées. Aujourd'hui, 18 septembre, je n'Ai rien reçu et lorsque je vais sur le site de poste canada avec le # de suivi, cela indique que les cartouches n'ont pas été ramassées et qu'elle sont toujours à votre entrepôt. Je n'ai plus d'encre, donc je ne peux plus imprimer. Que dois-je faire? en acheter ?  Allez-vous rembourser mon achat?
