Product: Hp deskjet 4650

Message on screen: Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in Instant Ink.

Printer has been enrolled for years, working properly until apx. 36 hours ago. TO CK: Have moved printer closer to router, have disconnected power cord from printer and wall and reconnected. Have done same to router. Message won't go away! ALSO, Online says not wifi connected , blue light on but won't connect when on Instant Ink site.

The printer is off line, won't connect to internet. It's useless to follow these suggestions, as good as they are, unless and until it is Online.

I Had a Spectrum tech out to check internet connection,  modem working, router working, laptop connected, TV Streaming. PRINTER NOT.

Office Depot Tech had no suggestions. 

GEEK Squad , nope. I don't print much but use it almost every day for 1-2 pages. FRUSTRATING!
