I joined the HP INSTANT INK program
On my profile I can see you shipped to me two 2 ink cartridges for my printer.
The it is assumed that the cartridges were delivered on October 31,2020 and May 15,2021., but I never received them.
my pages have printed on red ink for months.
Could you send me the ink as soon as possible, please ?

I understand you have not received replacement ink cartridges. Kindly login to your Instant Ink account and check if the shipping address mentioned is correct.
To assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
