Hello,

 

I bought a new printer which stated it came with a free 2 month trial for instant ink.  I signed up within 7 days and with 2 referral codes, so expected 4 months free.  My account does not mention the free 2 months that should have come with the printer.  It does mention the 2 referral codes and 1 month credited due to 4 week delay in getting ink.

I have attached a screen shot of the box with the offer.  There was a leaflet about signing up to instant ink but no code to redeem that I could find.

An agent via messenger resolved the issue for me yesterday once I sent proof of purchase and a screenshot of the packaging showing the offer.
