Hi.   

 

Signed up to Instant Ink from the UK on 27th Sept for my  new printer.

 

Shipment tracking shows that my initial welcome pack which was shipped on the same day, but has never arrived, nor was there any tracking information.

 

I tried to use the Virtual Agent on 9-12th Oct to chase, however when you eventually get around to requesting to chat with someone who covers the UK, you get a message that the help centre is closed and to try later - I have tried at all times during the day and evening and always got the same message.

 

I eventually found a number I could whatsapp and spoke to an Agent on 12th  who said they will expediate a delivery and I should get it within 3 working days.  Well, that was a week ago and still no shipment and also no tracking info on the website.

 

I have tried messaging the whatapp number yesterday and today but have had no response at all.

 

Hoping someone @Jay_G24 maybe ? could step in and tell me what is going on.

 

It certainly looks like I am not the only one having this sort of problem either.

So.  No response at all from HP support staff on here it seems.

 

I called and was told 3-5 days - that was over a week ago.  I am giving them until the end of this week and will then return the printer as not fit for purpose.
