Hi, I signed up for HP Instant Ink on April 26th. Shipment tracking showed that a welcome kit was shipped on April 26th, and was supposedly meant to arrive in 10 days, but there is no tracking number available and it still hasn't arrived.

Thank you for getting back. We did receive the message, and as informed shipment is in the process, I would request you to wait for 24 to 48 business hours. Within that, you should get the ink; if not, I will try to check for alternative options for shipment.
