Missing Magenta and light magenta blocks in print quality check.
I have tried printer head clean and alignment with no success. The document which is titled "Print Quality Dianostic says that "ink levels are okay" but I wonder if magenta isn't coming through somehow?
These are instant ink cartridges so it's a tri-colour cartridge which would contain this part. No idea how that works but I assume this is part of the issue.

- What's the application you are trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
