Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Using HP OfficeJet Pro 6970, I maxed out at 900 rollover pages and continued to lose pages using a higher plan. I finally downgraded but now my statements say I only have 21 Rollover pages!  What happened to the 900?  I’ve seen related questions asked before but not a clear answer. I tried using HP Support but it’s down right now???
