My rollover day is the 13th (today). I should have about 200 rollover pages but it shows zero. Yesterday I saw I had used up my plan pages and rollover from the previous month, so I did what I always do in that situation: upgrade to the next plan (300 pages per month) then downgrade back to my normal plan (100 pages per month) effective the next month, which is today. This keeps me from paying the high cost of additional pages. This morning I looked and I have the regular 100 pages I should have, but no rollover pages. I should have at least 200 (what I had going into last period plus what I had left last period).
