HP Recommended

I am working up against a deadline, and I have found, once again, I do not have my imk. Of course, it's Friday night, and I can't talk to anyone. Virtual Assistant tells the shipment was delivered. I check the tracking number, and yes, it says delivered--i a city I don't live in! 

I NEED MY INK! INEED A HUMAN! I NEED A PHONE NUMBER I CAN CALL SATURDAY MORNING TO SEE HOW YOU'LL HELP ME. 

I have been enrolled in Instant Ink since HP started it. Usually, it's fine, but this is the 2nd time lately that I have encountered a HUGE problem. 

THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING. I pay you every month to get it right. What is wrong with you lately?
