After using the self-support the error message has been reset many times and always returns.  The ink levels are fine but after printing on a few pages the error message returns.  The ink cartridges are approaching 2 years old and need to be replaced.  How do I order new ink?

As stated in the original message. This has already been explored and done many times. The error message resets and reliably returns every time very quickly. I simply need to order a new cartridge but can’t find how on the help/support page. It is not a problem with ink levels or it would come automatically but that is not the case.
