Hi @Sofía88,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

That sounds frustrating! It's essential to have all the necessary components when setting up a new device. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue.

  • Check the Box Thoroughly: Sometimes, power cords can get stuck in the packaging or hidden in compartments within the box. Make sure to check every part of the packaging carefully.
  • Contact the Seller/Retailer: If you purchased the printer from a retailer or online seller, contact them immediately to inform them about the missing power cord. They should be able to provide you with a solution, whether it's sending you a replacement cord or arranging for a return or exchange.
  • Consider Buying a Replacement: If you can't get a replacement through the retailer or HP, you might have to purchase a new power cord separately. Make sure to get one that is compatible with your printer model.

Hopefully, one of these steps will help you get your printer up and running soon!

Take care and have a good day.
