Hello, I have the 50 page a month subscription. I had to print off a lot of pages and still have another 121 to go. I have hardly used any pages at all over the year I've had it and now I've been charged £11.00 and that's before the rest I've got to print off. My question is do you only have 3 months back to accumulate the pages you haven't used? They said I have 150 pages unused on the billing page. I should have well more than that. It's hardly been used. To make it worse I could have bought the book I've got to read up on cheaper than what I'm being charged to print it off. If that's the case I'm going to cancel my subscription. Quite happy to bill me when not used in months. I got the little cartridge ones with it when I bought it and got my first set of refills and only put them in a month or so ago so shows how little it's been used.

If you have an inkjet printer (rather than toner) you can roll forward up to three months of unused pages. From the HP Instant Ink page here:
- If you do not use all your plan pages in a month, the unused pages will be kept in your account as rollover pages. The amount of pages you can accumulate varies by plan. (For example, if you have toner, you can roll over up to 100 pages if you are on the 50 page plan. If you have ink, you can roll over up to 150 pages if you are on the 50 page plan.)
