The website tells me my colour cartridge was despatched 6 days ago. Royal Mail tracking says it is waiting for it to arrive from the company. In the meantime I am almost out of colour ink. Usually they send so that I have a couple spare at any one time, and I have a couple of black ones. But how on earth do I talk to someone about this? The so called help page is just taking me round in circles. I daren't wait to see if it comes in a couple of days as I have a lot of printing to do for a project. Anyone got any ideas?
