Product: HP 4100

I love HP instant ink and find it convenient and easy. I’ve had the service for over 2 years. I moved out of state a year ago and just recently went to get my belongings out of storage. When I set my printer up I couldn’t find either of the ink cartridges. Can someone help me with this please?
