Hi, My finance department requires an invoice for every charge that appears on my credit card statement. Trying to download each invoice for each printer every month is beyond time consuming, and trying to figure out which one I missed or forgot to send is a NIGHTMARE.
Is there no solution to this? No Email to automatically receive the invoice with every charge? No download all printer invoices per billing cycle? Maybe a way to consolidate printers to charge on one invoice? SOMETHING? At this point, this service is going to end up costing me more in time lost than it saves. If there truly is no built-in solution for some reason, then i welcome any suggestions for a workaround. (It would be cheaper, although ridiculous, for me to hire a gig-worker once a month to come, check all the levels, fill them up on an as needed basis with that non-hp-made-in-China DIY refillable after-market ink cartridges!!) Thank you
