I see that some other people had the same issue but I'm not able to see if or how they got the issue resolved. I somehow have ended up with at least 3 different hp accounts and logins and it's extremely difficult trying to find which account has products registered on it. I would very much like to merge them and/or delete the extras and have one HP account for all my devices and services. I have one account when I sign in with Google, another when I sign in with Microsoft, and another just signing in with my email. It's possible that I have even more than that because I also have an older microsoft account that I used to use. I have an hp laptop and a hp printer registered on one account, though I can never find how to log into that account when I'm trying to. But I have on a different hp account my instant ink subscription for that same printer. I know that neither of those accounts are the one that I'm using now because it won't allow me to add a product because it says I have none registered. If anyone could help me figure out this mess I've made I would greatly appreciate it

Hi @Bhayslett,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for reaching out — we understand how frustrating it can be to juggle multiple HP accounts, especially when they’re linked to different services like Instant Ink, registered devices, and various sign-in methods.

Choose a Primary Account: Decide which account you want to keep as your primary one. This should be the account where you want all your devices and subscriptions to be registered.

1. Transfer Devices and Subscriptions:

  • For Printers and Laptops: Remove the devices from the secondary accounts and add them to the primary account. You can do this via the HP Smart app or the HP website
  • For Instant Ink Subscriptions: You need to transfer your Instant Ink subscription to the primary account. You might need the printer's serial number and other account details

2. Consolidate User Data: Save any important information from the secondary accounts before removing them.

3. Deactivate or Delete Secondary Accounts: Once everything is transferred, you can deactivate or delete the secondary accounts. You can find the option to delete or deactivate accounts on the HP account management page.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
