I have multiple locations, is it possible to have one instant ink account for both my printers, one at my home and one at my office?

The printers can have different physical locations but only one shipping address will be associated with the Instant Ink account.  The cartridges for both printers will be shipped to the same address, you will need to take the Instant Ink cartridges home (or the office) as needed.
