Hi @Eeyore11

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

Step 1: Verify HP Instant Ink Enrollment

First, ensure that your printer is enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program and that your subscription is active.

How to Check and Manage Instant Ink Enrollment:

Visit the HP Instant Ink website: Go to HP Instant Ink and log in with your HP account.

Check Your Printer’s Status:

  • After logging in, navigate to your Account Settings.
  • Verify if your HP ENVY 6455e is listed and that the Instant Ink plan is active.
  • If it is not enrolled, you will need to register your printer to the program.

If the Printer is Not Enrolled:

  • On the HP Instant Ink website, follow the prompts to enroll your printer in the program.
  • You will need to enter your printer’s serial number to link it to your Instant Ink account.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

-Regards
