HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

I had been satisfied with HP and the All-in-Plan until an issue arose with a January 17,  2025, payment that was not credited to my account.  Then this morning, February 27th, I discovered that my plan had been suspended 2-days before the payment deadline, even though I had received an email, text message, and was verbally told the deadline is tomorrow, February 28th. By the way, my bill has now been paid. My first issue, which has since been resolved, was after I'd emailed bank account screenshots of my January 17th payment, then had to speak to a supervisor, who insinuated that I was not telling the truth even after viewing the screenshots.  That was unprofessional and quite an insult.  I pray that my issues with my All-in-Plan and printer are few and that my conversations with customer service are minimal.

I am an all-In-Plan customer, not Instant Ink...although I do receive instant ink with the "All In".  Once I paid the bill, my account was reactivated, but it shouldn't have been suspended on the day prior to the deadline. Why did that happen?  Is HP in a different time zone?
