My HP App is installed in my PC but does not run; meaning click open, try to open something and then closes. Can't be repair as I tried and says can't be repaired any there way to use it for scanning to my PC?

I understand your HP app is installed on your PC but does not run properly, I would request you to please follow the steps:
Run as Administrator:
Right-click on the HP app icon and select "Run as administrator". This might help overcome any permission-related issues preventing the app from running.
Reinstall HP Smart
- Uninstall HP Smart completely.
- Restart your PC.
- Reinstall the latest version from the Microsoft Store.
- If it still crashes, check for Windows updates and graphics driver updates, as these sometimes cause app instability.
