My HP Envy Photo 6234 prints blank pages

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried turning off the printer by removing the power cord and restarting my laptop, as well as, uninstalling and re-installing all the printer software but it is still printing blank pages. The inks I have is genuine HP.

Hello,

Do you have the same issue, when you make a color or black copy directly from the printer control panel.

If the printer is connected with the network, please update the printer firmware as follows:

  1. From the printer's front panel display, touch the Wireless icon () to retrieve the printer's IP address.
  2. Launch a web page, then type this address in the address bar and press Enter. The printer's Web interface opens.
  3. Click the Tools tab, then expand Printer Updates, and then click Firmware Updates.
  4. Click the Check Now button to install the latest firmware update.
