My HP instant ink account is linked to my email at my old company. I no longer work there & therefore no longer have access to that email. I don’t know my password & when I click forgot password, it sends a code to that old email address. I called HP & spoke to someone who said they updated my email address on my account but it’s not working when I type the updated email address they said they changed it to…now My payment method needs to be updated and so my printer won’t let me print anything until I do so. UGH it’s a never ending loop of rejection
