I was told a box and a shipping label would be sent to my address. I waited for it and it never came. I t turns out it was sent to the wrong address.

Thank you. Note this is not about printing, but about a package sent to the wrong address which was meant for me to send in my computer for repair. After posting this message and about 7 phone calls later, I finally reached an agent, Rohan, who was very helpful and assisted me in being able to send in my laptop for repair. I no longer need help (with printers or laptops).
